Cecile and Seymour Alpert MD Endowed Fund

Established in 2008 by Dr. Seymour and Mrs. Cecile Alpert. This fund has two purposes. 25% of annual income will be used to fund an annual lecture in memory of Seymour Alpert, MD, in the School of Medicine and Health Sciences. The Seymour Alpert MD Lecture will be preferably on the topic of anesthesiology. The income will support an honorarium for a professional in the field. Any income not used in any year for this purpose will be directed for the scholarship. The balance of the income earned from this fund will be used to support the “Cecile and Seymour Alpert MD, Medical School Scholarships.”
