The Evan S. Bass, M.D., '91 and Sandra K. Yee, M.D., '92 Endowed Scholarship

This fund was established in 2021 by Evan Bass, SMHS ‘91 and Sandra Yee, SMHS ’92. Income earned from this fund will provide a need and merit-based scholarship for a 4th-year M.D. student in the School of Medicine and Health Sciences. For the purposes of this scholarship, merit shall be defined as a student in the top third of his or her class, while need shall be defined as carrying significant financial debt into their final year of medical school. The scholarship will be applied to the recipient’s loan debt during their final semester.
