Eleanor and Michael Burda Scholarship Fund

Established by Michael Burda to fund undergrad scholarships for:
1) the children of living/deceased members of either the APWU or the NALC who have resided in DC for a year (and the parent must have lived in DC for a year); 2) if (1) cannot be met, then the children of active or retired members of either the APWU or the NALC who have resided in DC or certain MD or VA counties for a year (and the parent must have lived in DC or the certain MD or VA counties for a year); and 3) if (1) and (2) cannot be met, then to undergraduate students from DC public schools.
