Josephine R. Shepard Scholarship Fund

The purpose of the Fund is to provide need-based scholarships to undergraduate students, particularly those with highest levels of need, with the goal of increasing access to GW undergraduate education to students regardless of their economic situation. The fund’s annual appropriation, in accordance with the university’s endowment and spending policy, will be spent at the discretion of the Office of Student Financial Assistance, in consultation with the Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs.
