The Paul F. Khoury Public Service/Public Interest Endowed Fellows Program

This fund was established in 2021 by Paul Khoury, Law School ’86. Income earned from this fund will support students in the Law School with obtaining hands-on experience managing innocence litigation and/or criminal defense cases by doing summer work at post-conviction relief or other indigent criminal defense organizations. Preference will be given to the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project (MAIP). Students will secure positions at either MAIP or at similar post-conviction relief organizations—locally and nationally—or perform other indigent criminal defense work.
