John C. and Mary Dow O'Byrne Scholarship

This fund was established in 2023 by the bequest of John C. and Mary D. O’Byrne in memory of Frances E. Dow, mother of Mary Dow O’Byrne, who lovingly made it possible for Mary to graduate from George Washington University. Income earned by this fund will be used to provide scholarships to undergraduate students based on both financial need and academic merit.
