Robert Martin Kilgore Scholarship

The Robert Martin Kilgore Scholarship is awarded to an undergraduate student who writes and submits the best essay of three to four hundred words on some aspect of parliamentary procedure as taught in Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised, as determined by the George Washington’s English Department.
