Howe P. and Margaret Luers Cochran Endowed Scholarship

This fund was established in 2023 by Karl Verell in memory of Howe P. and Margaret Luers Cochran, grandparents of his aunt, Anne Winston Stockvis, GWSB ’66. The fund provides need and merit based scholarships to GW Law students.
