Alicia and Shawn Raymond Endowed Scholarship for Academic Excellence

This fund was established by alumnus Shawn Raymond (ESIA ’94) and GW friend Alice Raymond in 2024. The fund will provide need-based scholarships for undergraduate students of high academic achievement in the Elliott School of International Affairs, with a preference for Pell Grant-eligible students or first-generation college students.
